How can I make a payment?

We only accept payments via PayPal. You can use a credit or debit card to make the payment through PayPal. After confirming your order, please contact us to request our PayPal payment account details.

Customs Inspection and Travel

Can I pass customs inspection at the airport?

Absolutely, there is no problem. Our prostheses are made entirely of silicone and will not be detected by metal detectors. You can travel confidently while wearing our prostheses, as they will not trigger any alarms or make noise during customs clearance.

Maintenance and Movement

Why don’t my Packer 3D foreskin and 3D balls move?

Choosing the Right Color

How do I choose the color that suits me?

Typically, cisgender men’s genitals are darker than their thighs and arms. Unless you are a very fair Caucasian, your penis will likely match the color of your thighs rather than being as white as your thighs. The color choice is based on personal preference. Some people match it to the color of their thighs, while others may match it to their clitoris. For detailed color options, please visit: Color Plate.

Custom Coloring Service

How can I request a custom coloring service?

1. Contact customer service via WhatsApp to initiate the custom coloring process. They will guide you on providing photos for custom coloring. The service fee is $100.

2. To proceed, take photos under white light against a white background wall, including a printed color card on your thigh. You will need:

   • 3 photos without flash
   • 1 photo with flash
   • No filters allowed

3. Purchase the custom color mailing service and pay $55 for the postage of the physical color card (color adjustment fee for the physical color card is free; custom coloring fee for the prosthesis is charged upon order).

4. We will mail the silicone color card based on your provided photos via DHL Express.

5. Upon receiving the silicone color card, provide us with your name and the color card number (we will keep the name on file). Take a photo of the areola color under white light with no filter to customize the glans and balls.

6. Place your order for custom-colored prostheses and make the payment. Production will begin after payment is completed.

7. Your color card will be retained for 2 years. During this period, you can reorder custom-colored products using the saved color card by providing your name.

Wearing and Securing Your Packer

How do I secure/wear my packer? Do I need a harness?

A harness is not necessary for wearing our packers. They can be securely fixed using underwear that is one size tighter than usual. Before receiving the prosthesis, ensure you switch to tight-fitting underwear as normal underwear may be too loose and cause issues like leakage or discomfort. There are four ways to wear SEX prostheses; the most convenient method is to use tight underwear with a front opening.

Tight Front-Opening Underwear

• Method: Use tight-fitting underwear with a front opening to hold the packer securely in place.
• Benefits: Convenient and easy to use.
• Considerations: Ensure the underwear is snug to prevent the packer from shifting or moving.

Waterproof Glue

• Method: Apply waterproof glue to adhere the packer to your skin.
• Requirements: Skin must be shaved before application; you can be naked or wear minimal clothing.
• Benefits: Provides a secure attachment.

Strap

• Method: Use a strap to hold the packer in place.
• Benefits: Convenient to use.
• Considerations: Displacement may occur if the penetration process is too vigorous or aggressive.

Harness

• Method: Use a harness to secure the packer.
• Benefits: Most secure method for holding the packer in place.
• Considerations: Available in a free size, which may not fit all body types perfectly.
